Is it possible for windows to detect iPhone as a audio device?

Hi, Just wondering if its possible to make Windows 7 detect my iPhone X as audio device?

I know i can plug the lightning to 3.4mm jack adapter in and use my line in audio slot on my desktop but i want to be able to charge and sync at the same time.

Basicly can i plug my lightning cable into my iPhone and desktop and have it be able to charge, sync and act as headphones? I'm thinking this must be possible as the adapter is just a lightning cable to 3.4mm jack so why can't the normal lightning (usb) send and receive audio data? and act as headphones

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6, Windows 7 64 bit, Audio, Lightning
