Apple TV won’t connect to network

I have a recent Apple TV but not the most recent 4K version.

It stopped connecting to any network both with WiFi and Ethernet. I did a reset and tried to set it up fresh and it still won’t connect. I got a USB C cable and restored it via iTunes and I can’t get through the setup screens where you connect to a network. Hard wired and WiFi does not work. My other Apple TV from the bedroom does work in this same location with the same Ethernet cable Or WiFi.

any ideas?

I have done a lot of troubleshooting including, changing the cables, cleaning the ports, restart, reset to factory settings and have played with the router settings but nothing works. Apple TV - No Network Connection Issue So I had an apple tv 4k that I was using at work without a problem. Brought it home to try to use here and went to set it up on my network but was getting issue connecting to either wifi or ethernet. Did a complete restore and update and now I am getting this message "No Network Connection, Your network is not connected to the internet" I have tried doing this via wifi and with ethernet. Also tried with it plugged straight into my modem via ethernet. Tried restoring multiple times. Can anyone help
