new to iphone and everytime i try to get apps and put in my password it says my account is locked and i keep having to reset passwords

I just got a iPhone 6 and set up everything I needed too I’m new to iPhones why won’t it let me make purchases in the App Store it keeps saying account is locked for security reasons and I’m putting in the right info and it just keep making me do new passwords in need of help
