Apple care

Hey so I was wondering if there was something I can do about my iCloud . They asked for my debit card because I had to get my phone reset and my account is close to my information is not going through how can i get pass this

I had to make a new Apple ID and now it won’t let me update the payment for apple care I locked myself out of my own Apple ID to the point where they restricted it. Go to iTunes main page bottom of page apple I'd click that view I'd Go to manage payments check /change your credit card details.

If you don't have a credit card buy a iTunes gift card redeem at the bottom of iTunes
