Apple care

Hey so I was wondering if there was something I can do about my iCloud . They asked for my debit card because I had to get my phone reset and my account is close to my information is not going through how can i get pass this

I had to make a new Apple ID and now it won’t let me update the payment for apple care I locked myself out of my own Apple ID to the point where they restricted it. So it was easier for me to factory reset and make a new Apple ID. But now I can’t update my apple care payment method due to that and it’s about to expire.

Apple care billing problem I have an apple care and billing problem appearing on my settings of my new phone. Old Card declined because it was cancelled and It won’t recognize a new card. I’m currently in another continent hence not possible to contact apple directly
