Question: how do I find Go on the Finder in OS 10.13.1

I am trying to uninstall the MLBNexDefAutobahn. I am using the OS 10.13.1 All prior posts say to open Finder then click Go the Go to Folder then type ~/Library. Problem is there is no "Go" on the top bar of Finder. There is no "Go to Folder" Please let me know the steps to deleting the pain in the @%$*^ thing from running computer.
