Macbook stuck on getting windows ready

I have a late 2013 Macbook Pro. I'm trying to install Windows 10 pro. I'm using BCA once the install USB and partitions are created the MBP reboots and installs. After another reboot the MBP gets stuck on the getting ready screen. After about 15 minutes on the getting screen the MBP seems to freeze. Any idea as to what's causing this?
