TrueDepth Camera not working

I Brought My I Phone X from Saudi Arabia from almost one month, after one week a green line appeared on the screen, i went to the local dealer "Trade Line" they refused to take the Phone without an invoice which is very weird!!, so i shipped the Phone Back to Saudi Arabia and it was replaced with a new one, now the Face ID is not working with the following massage "a problem was detected with the True Depth Camera" and Face ID had been disabled, and Trade Line the local dealer do not want again to take the Phone without an invoice and i do not have the invoice, is this normal!!!!!

This is the level of service and quality of product expected from apple!!
