Is there any way to use a Dymo 4xl printer with an iPad Pro?

I’m looking to upgrade my laptop to an iPad Pro for my business but I use the dymo 4 xl shipping label printer and it’s absolutely necessary for me. I can’t seems to find a straight answer one way or the other if they can work together. It is not wireless or Bluetooth capable. One tech I talked to said I could use a USB adapter for the iPad but I haven’t found any info on that either. I’m totally fine if there’s a workaround, but I wouldn’t know where to start. It seems like I should be able to make this happen but I can’t make a $1000+ purchase without being sure!
