My early 2013 Retina MacBook Pro came with 16GB of Ram; Can I upgrade it to perhaps 24 GB or even better 32 GB of physical Memory?
Check with the everymac.com web site but I suspect you may have a model with soldered in RAM. I also don't know that you really can use more RAM that you already have and if you do need more then getting something more than a notebook style computer may be worth considering.

As others have said, the RAM in that model is not upgradeable. You have the maximum amount of RAM that Apple supports in any notebook machine.
Why are you asking? Perhaps there is some other problem that needs to be corrected.
Have you checked you actual RAM usage with Activity Monitor when running this software?
From my experience, RAM and CPU usage are unrelated. I have applications which saturate my CPU usage but when I check RAM I still have free or unused RAM.

You can then post a report here so that other folk may determine if there is some other problem with your computer which is giving you the symptoms you describe.

I’m running SERATO DJ SOFTWARE AND VISUAL EFFECTS SOFTWARE AT THE SAME TIME, the cpu load goes extremely heavy and at times crashes, was thinking perhaps needed more memory to correct the problem
You right on that.... I have checked that, and it’s pretty close to all Ram in use when this issue happens. SMH
