Apple Pay only works on Apple devices. There are somewhat similar options on Android devices -- for example, see: Google Pay - Android Apps on Google Play
Many banks also have options that work on both devices. For example: Virtual Wallet and Paying by Phone | Chase Pay | Chase.com
