Why do I have a scratch on my 3 day old series 3 watch?
I got my watch 3 days ago and I haven’t done anything that would cause this. The main thing I’m worried about is if it is still waterproof or not. Should I return my brand new Apple Watch?
You can take it in but I suspect the answer will be that you damaged it in some way.
Apple products are supposed to be perfect at the point of sale but we all know (or should do) that you need to examine everything where it is possible. It will always be a mute point, I'm afraid.
