External Monitors

Hello:

I apologize if I have already asked this question but I couldn't find the thread if I had.

I have a MacBook Pro Late 2011 13".

I have a Matrox DualHead2Go external multi-display adapter.

I have 2 Sanyo 32" TVs.

Both external monitors display somewhat okay. One does better than the other, which is odd because it is a few years older.

When I open the Built-in Display and select Arrangement, only 2 monitors are shown - 1 is the computer and one is one of the external monitors - shouldn't 3 monitors show?

Also, is there a way that each monitor is independent of each other? The computer displays the menu bar and docking station by itself but the 2 external monitors act as an extension of each other.

Any guidance will be much appreciated.
