does charging my airpods when its fully charged okay for the battery

Hello.

I just bought the AirPods and i have a question is charging the airpods when they’re fully charged 100% harms the battery?

I did that four times and last time the airpods where at 100% after 20 min i checked them and they were at 88% and I didn’t even use them.
