Is it okay to charge my AirPods overnight?

Is it okay to charge my AirPods overnight? Even at 100% the AirPod and the pod. I am afraid that it might damage the AirPods and the pod. As I always likes to use headphones before I go to sleep and need my AirPod on the next day so needed to charge overnight so it’s ready for the next day.

I used the AirPods without ANC and listened to music for 2 hours and realized that the case dropped from 85% to 72% to charge the AirPods from 95% to 100%. With this pace, I can never reach the advertised 30 hours of play time even without ANC. Interestingly, it seems like the case is not losing much battery when it is in idle mode, so not being used. airpods pro case showing 0% when I updated my AirPods to 5B58 and everything I use it it shows 0% for the case when I put it back in it shows it’s real charged percentage. It doesn’t effect the use but it is really irritating because I have to put my AirPods in my case each time to see it’s percentage of the case
