It looks like your question hasn't been answered yet. Here are a few things you can answer that may allow the community to help you with this:

Are you just not receiving notifications for Mail, or are you unable to use the Mail app?
Does your mail account just not show up, or do you receive an error?
If you see any messages or errors, what do they say?
