I think my iPhone 8 plus may have been infected by a virus

iPhone 8 Plus 256 G (215 G Available) Version 11.2.5

My mom has a Samsung Galaxy J7 and she just got a notification that her phone was infected. I told her not to touch anything (they only gave the option to hit "ok"). I hopped on my phone to search the site address and keyword "Scam" and it took me directly to the site. It displayed a blank white page with the exception of this text: DnslsSuccess.

I have attached an image of the Google page result and the address is on the page. I believe my phone may be infected with something.

What should I do? Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?
