Restoring Mail to my iPhone

I signed out of all my mailboxes (2-Gmail, 3-Aol) before bringing the phone into the Apple Store for battery replacement. All went well, except I cannot get my email accounts to show up again in the "Mail" app (white envelope on Blue Square). I uninstalled and re-installed the app, thinking it would help, it tells me all the accounts are on my phone, but nothing shows up.
