Question: I need to turn on my wifi, but when I go to settings>wifi and try to slide the button to the right to turn it on, nothing happens. It doesn't slide to the right nor does the button show green. I have been trying for days. What should I do fix this?

Hello J2DParker,

Thanks for using Apple Communities.

If after reset the network settings, and erasing all content and data your wifi still does not turn on, it might be a hardware issue. Contact Apple at AppleCare, Apple Store or via Apple Authorised Service Provider for getting a diagnostic of you phone healthy. They'll also give you service options after the issue is found.

With regards,
Alefe Bruno
