Apple Watch accidentally recorded workout

Has anyone accidentally recorded a workout? My watch somehow accidentally recorded a workout. I’ve deleted the workout and it’s data and although my move ring is back to normal, my stand and exercise rings are still off.

Apple Watch 4 suddenly recorded Move and Exercise I didn’t do I’ve had my Apple Watch 4 for about a month, and have had no issues with it until now. This morning it recorded 35 minutes of exercise that I did not do. There’s no workout recorded, but the move ring has increased for no reason as well. I have done all of the steps that are normally recommended, such as check my vitals and make sure all of the categories are turned on for calibration. I have also rebooted both my phone and my watch. I am not sure how to delete that exercise, and what to do moving forward.
