... or just Publish your Motion project as an FCPX Generator and save yourself about a hundred MB in disk space.
Make sure to check Publish as Final Cut Generator (give it a "temporary"-ish Category):
PS - changes you make to the template in Motion will be immediately available* in FCPX.
*Available means you will still need to replace whatever is in the storyline because, until you restart FCPX, it keeps different versions of your generator "in place" (so you can actually have several different versions side by side for comparison — but as soon as you restart FCPX, they will all be reverted to the last saved project.) [I find this "feature" both "cool" and an occasional pain in the neck 😀]
