Tone while on call

Since I've gotten the iPhone 8, someone calling, while i am on another call, does not hear a tone that lets them know that i am on another call. Is this now an option that i can turn on in settings? Is it no longer a feature? When i call someone and hear they are on a call i generally just hang up, but now i have no idea.
