IPhone 8; IPhone 8+ and MacBook Pro all simultaneously not allowing access to Facebook and Instagram

All three Mac products say that they could not establish a secure connection to Facebook and Instagram websites. We’re overseas (Sri Lanka) and was working fine till a few days ago. (We’re from Australia)

All other websites I’ve tried have worked. Been through all avenues on discussion boards from deleting cookies; using different web browsers; changing DNS; tried http instead of https etc.

Apps on phones are not working also.

Phones have just updated to new iOS 11.2.6

Not sure about MacBooks software but can look if need

Anyone else had this issue?
