Cannot update to macOS 10.13.3 after restart

Currently have macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 and it will not update to 10.13.3 any one else have this problem? Have tried several times...

Update won't pass High Sierra 10.13.6 My MacBook will not update past High Sierra 10.13.6. I have "downloaded" it and ran it several times and it restarts as it should then does not update. How can I fix this?
