so I brought a iPhone 6 the other month, both m and the owner have tried to get it off, shes also was kind enough to change her password so I could give it a shot myself but I couldn't get on it. she took both find my iPhone and icloud off but now we are stuck on what is going on?

Have her take the device, the original purchase receipt, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
or contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the receipt also.
Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.

If the previous owner disabled Find My Phone, you can't be facing activation lock.
But you clearly can? Cause its happening to me tho?
