No. When you powered it off in the middle of the update, you corrupted the operating system to the point that it will no longer boot.
The only option is to restore iOS using iTunes. Right now it does not contain a bootable version of ios.

The only option is to restore iOS using iTunes. Right now it does not contain a bootable version of ios.
i was updating to the newest ios on my 5s and i tried to turn my phone off and its saying connect to itunes and i dont have access to a computer is there a way around this
