Migrate MacOS account to iMac with multiple users

I have 2 Mac Machines, a personal MacBook with only my user account, and an iMac 5K with multiple user accounts, but i am gonna be without my MacBook Pro from the next two weeks because my father needs. I want to migrate my macbook account to the iMac but preserving the other users accounts (in this case, my brother and my father account). It is possible? I have a time machine backup of my macbook pro ready to do this, but i have doubts if i use the migration assistance to made the process, can delete or damage the existing accounts on the iMac.

Can you help me?

Yes, it is possible to migrate your user accounts and data on your MacBook Pro to your iMac. On both computers, open Migration Assistant (located in /Applications/Utilities), then on the MacBook, choose to migrate "To another Mac". On the iMac, choose to migrate "From another Mac, Time Machine backup or startup disk". You'll then be guided through the process of transferring your user accounts and your data from your MacBook to your iMac. No data will be lost on either Mac.

If you want to really speed up the data transfer process, you could use a Thunderbolt or FireWire cable (depending on how old your MacBook and iMac are) and put your MacBook into Target Disk Mode.

Hope this helps!
