pairing globe spins for 1 second and screen turns off

My watch shows a pairing graphic and then the spinning pairing globe for a fraction of a second and turns off. Can't pair it, so how can I reset or fix it?

Apple Watch 7 says connected and not connected at same time My Apple Watch 7 randomly keeps saying it's connected and not connected to bluetooth at the same time. I don't have another watch. This interferes with a lot of the apps. Tried unpairing/re-pairing, restarting and restoring. No change. Any tips? thanks.
