Well, if your songs are all .wma protected then there is no way that you can put them on your iPod. iPod doesn't read .wma files. You can try to do something that takes the protection out but lets just say it is not supported by the law... If you really want to do this, just go to google search for it. Thats as far as what I am going to lead you.

Yeah, it is against the law. The protection is done by the music or film industries so you don't change the content of the files anyway you want. So if you unprotect it then you are editing their work and they won't like that.

No, that's not exactly correct. The only way an audio CD burned in iTunes is recognized, is if it's inserted into the computer the disc was burned on, inserted into another system, you will have no CD information. The track information is not burned onto the CD itself. The following link explains this in detail.
