When I backup (iphone6) to icloud not all of my contacts are saved.
I have 1391 contacts but only 714 go to the icloud when I backup.

Thanks for using Apple Communities.
The iPhone may have multiple sources of contacts. For separate who comes from where, you can open the phone app, tap contacts. At the left up corner you must see "groups", tap that button and it will show your iCloud and any other sources that it may have. If you uncheck all options, choose only iCloud and it displays 714 contacts, then it's ok. Just remember that when you're moving to a new phone, you must sign in with all the accounts you have signed now.
You can prevent that situation from now by opening "Settings> Contacts> Default Account> iCloud"
