My contacts got replaced by someone else’s

Left my iPhone X charging and when I came back from work realized my contacts list was gone and someone else’s contacts were there. A stranger’s. That person’s call history is also mixed up with my call history. My favorites list is still intact but with only numbers showing their saved names don’t appear anymore. Checked my iTunes account i m still logged into my own account. For safety purpose I changed the password and deleted sensitive infos. Please help! This is really freaky.

iPhone suddenly has other people’s contacts My iPhone has my daughters contacts and all of mine are gone. No one else is logged into my iPhone account. I’ve changed my password in ICloud but there is no option to restore my contacts. has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Some of contacts have disappeared I noticed that some of my contacts had disappeared yesterday for no apparent reason. Have done a hard reset in the hope they might reappear. Having looked at other posts I tried to do a restore from icloud but there are no version archieved? Even though my phone has been doing backups regularly. These contacts are not in my current icloud data either? In fact I don't have any contacts, calendars or files in any of my archives on icloud which is a bit consenring, this is why I pay for this service! From other posts, the only thing I can think of is a few weeks ago I deleted some old email accounts from institutions I don't work for/ have access to anymore (lost access to them 6+years ago) and somehow perhaps those contacts were linked with those accounts BUT that was weeks ago and I haven't had this problem. Can anyone help me to restore my contacts?
