Macbook Administrator I have forgotten my administrator user name and password on my 2011 MacBook pro. I am listed as a "standard" user but not an administrator

Hi,

you can reset your administrator's password in Recovery mode, following these instructions:

Change or reset the password of a macOS user account - Apple Support
