Looking to Access my saved Icloud photos please & thanks and need direction please

You can access it via a computer browser at iCloud.com > Photos, or you can access your photos via the Photos app on the iOS devices providing iCloud Photos were already enabled under Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Photos (on).
