TextInput is a normal part of the iOS operating system. Small amounts of data are written by the iOS keyboard to TextInput on iCloud to be accessed by devices that are logged into your Apple ID.

TextInput contains user dictionary data, such as user-defined Text Replacement fields. These can be viewed under Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Text Replacement.
