IMIE not working???
I got a iPhone 6+ of a friend and the screen is broken and iv tryed useing the IMIE code on the Apple support area to talk to them in 5 minits but it won’t let me type in the hole code only dose 12 numbers. So what do I do?

Thanks for using Apple Communities.
Usually Apple products serial number has 12 digits. If the form takes 12, maybe it's not the IMEI it expects to receive. Your serial number might be seen in "settings> General> About". If you have the box it's at the bottom.
