How do I get the toolbox icon for signing contracts

I have an iPhone 8+ and there is no toolbox to sign pdf attachments. I used to have an iPhone 6s and it was always there. Please tell me how I can get it on my new iPhone so I don’t have to get a different app for signing my contrafts. Thank you!!!

Option to use iPhone/iPad for signature not available in Preview? I'm trying to insert a signature into a PDF in Preview, following the instructions here: Fill out and sign a PDF form in Preview on Mac - Apple Support Unfortunately, I am not given the option to use an iPad/iPhone at all. I have an iPhone 13 mini that is currently signed in to the same iCloud account as the mac I'm using, as well as a 13 pro that is on a different account but associated through family sharing; neither one is available in the annotation toolbar drop-down, although the mini does show up as an option to import photos and scan documents from in the file menu. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. I can't seem to find any information on this or anyone else experiencing the same problem. Do you guys have any input? Thanks!

What app are you using for viewing these PDFs?
