Has anyone received a confirmation that your credit card has been charged for the SMULE piano app? When I try to click & cancel it does not direct me to the correct page. I believe this is a hack of the I-tunes app. What should I do?

It's likely to just be a phishing email (does the email address you by name and includes your billing address ?), not a 'hack of I-tunes app' :
