I was really shocked to buy a device such as iPhone X and I do not find the application FaceTime
Although STC has allowed it to be used

I paid for nothing 😟😟

If it applies to your situation, FaceTime is not in all countries > If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

FaceTime may not be allowed in your country. If that is the case, there are numerous other Apps that allow video conferencing. Check to see if any of them are allowed to be used in your country.
