How do you get past remote management on the set up of the iPhone 6s Plus?

This is a personal device that we had from Verizon but we swapped over to At&T service and paid the phone off to keep it and now for some reason it pops up remote management during the set up and it has always been a personal device.... it never was affiliated with any corporation!
