Are There NFC Controls on iPhone X

I too would like some control over whether NFC is broadcasting or not on my iPhone.

Apple App Store has multiple apps that will let you use your iPhone’s NFC reader, NOT just ApplePay.

Mine read a friend‘s new nfc chip he created to put his android into low power mode. I just had to wave my iPhone X over the chip.

So I am not convinced of it’s secured nature and would like better control over turning it on or off like Androids offer.

Yes, there are NFC tag readers in the App Store. ALL they do is read NFC tags for display, that’s it.

Other than rading tags, NFC is restricted to Apple Pay and Health Apps that read data from actual instruments or medical devices paired to the NFC compatible app - https://developer.apple.com/ios/human-interface-guidelines/user-interaction/near -field-communication/
