I have an Iphone 7plus need a new phone it was under warranty and got a new phone my old phone said it was backed up and when i started to set up the new phone it said no back has been done.. Im really upset about theis

Was the old phone's backup to iTunes or iCloud? Are you sure you signed in with the same Apple ID as the old phone?
