Hello,
My iPhone X will go into silent mode by itself. Looking at the settings, nothing has changed and would indicate all sounds are still on, however, I'll not receive any sounds notifications, ringer and alarms are off. The button on the side of the phone is not in silent mode either. The only way to restore sound is to turn the phone off and on again.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi AviZS, yes I do have 'Do not disturb' set up, however, this does not appear to be the cause (my guess that is), as this issue of the phone going into silent does not correlate with 'Do not disturb' as it happens at random times throughout the day, I've not seen a pattern yet. Also, even with that active, the alarm function sill works (unless the phone has gone into silent).

You probably have Do Not Disturb mode on a schedule. To turn this off, go to Settings>Do Not Disturb, and turn “Scheduled” to OFF.
