My phone is unable to connect to wi-fi

When I try to connect to the home wi-fi shows me the message “unable to connect to this network” or “incorrect password “.

The wrote the password very truly but the same problem again. I tried everything.I resettled the networg settings,restarted the router,but nothing can help.The last thing can be software problem but im with iOS11.2.3 and only with my router can’t connect....Please help me

Well, if your iphone can connect to different wifi networks, then it could be a router setting's problem.

First of all, try to turn off both your router and your iphone.

Leave your router turned off for 5 minutes, then turn it back on, waiting for the unit to restart completely.

Then turn on your iphone and test the connection.


If your issue still persists, read this support guide:

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

If you get no help, contact your internet provider and/or the router manufactorer's support team.

Sorry about that, Tonjata.

But as I told you on my previous reply, if your iphone can connect to different wifi networks (not at home), how could it be a problem of your iPhone?

Have you tried to change your router settings?

Have you tried to contact your router manufactorer's support team, asking if they have a firmware update for your router?

After reading you already made troubleshooting steps like resetting network settings, the only thing I would suggest is to update your iOS version to the current 11.2.6.
