bootable USB drive - not enough space??

I'm trying to create a bootable USB drive of Windows 10 on my Mac to install on a friend's PC. I've downloaded the ISO file and was going to use Boot Camp Assistant to create the bootable USB drive. Doesn't work, though, it keeps telling me "Your bootable USB drive could not be created. There is not enough space available on the disc." The USB drive is 16GB and I have 450GB available on my hard drive. Any idea what the problem is?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

The problem is High Sierra. It has a known bug where it cannot copy a file larger than 2GB to FAT drive correctly. You will need to Build your own Windows 10 Bootcamp USB Installer .
