Beatsx not charging & wont reset

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

my beats x earphones are not charging, they were flashing red and white lights. I have followed the advice on here about resetting them, however, the battery is completely dead, that it will not allow thresetting, they wont reset on charge.b
