Suddenly cannot sent pictures to android user i never hadtroube sending?

Sending photos via messages to an Android user requires using your cellular carrier's MMS functionality. Doing so requires:

• Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = "on"
• Your cellular carrier must provision your account for MMS. Sometimes this costs extra.

I looked in my settings to turn MMS “on”, and I do not have that as an option. I can’t send pics to android phones. What can I do to fix this?

I started having this same issue yesterday. Perhaps the problem is with the message recipient’s carrier.
