My verification numbers are incorrect

To set up a credit or debit card on Apple Pay one can get verified by using the phone verification system or calling an 800 number. The problem is that the numbers listed are invalid older numbers or landline numbers. The 800 number I called said I had to go to the bank that issued the Mastercard and show ID. The nearest branch is over a 100 miles away and none of the branches are open on Saturdays. Is there some mechanism for changing the incorrect numbers to at least the number that is for the iPhone that ApplePay is on?

Those incorrect numbers on not on my iPhone so not sure where they came from.
