how Long will charge last with unused watch

Will be traveling without watch. If left unused fir 3weeks will the charge last?

It should. You should make sure that anything with a lithium ion battery is charged at least 50% before you store it.

If you're going to need it at the end of that time, take the charging cable with you and charge it up.
