Question: How to remove "What's new in Photos" Page

Each time I start Photos on my iMac I get a "What's new in Photos" page. How can I remove it?

I've been using Photos and its predecessor iPhoto for years. The unwanted screen appeared a couple of weeks ago when I had to regenerate the photo library from Time Machine because of a corruption problem.


What is most interesting is that not more than 10 minutes ago when I started Photos, as a test, the undesired window disappeared. I have no idea why. It still hasn't shown up despite my quitting and restarting Photos.

Perhaps my system has some 'self-healing' properties.
