OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, Photos 1.5 don't open

Hi, running a mac mini (late 2012) OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, Photos 1.5 didn't open today. I could access my iPhoto libraries with iPhoto 9.6.1, but not my Photos library (my newest). I tried to repair the library but I could't get the option to do so.

iPhoto Library I have an iPhoto Library of 84 GB that can not be seen. When I double click on it, the following message appears: "Cannot open migrated library". I have macOS Catalina and with the actual "Photos" software it is not possible. Any ideas to solve this issue? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!
